This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our website, read our newsletter, or contact us. It also explains how we use that information, who we share it with, and the choices you have. In this policy, "we," "us," and "our" mean Synergy Signal LLC, which operates True Stack Reviews.
The short version
• We collect your email address if you join our newsletter.
• We collect your name, email address, and message if you use our Contact form.
• We collect account details if you create a member account. Comments, and your profile if you make it public, can be seen by other visitors.
• Our website host, Wix, and other companies use cookies to run the site, count visits, and track affiliate purchases.
• We earn commissions when you buy through some links on our site. The stores and networks behind those links may set their own cookies.
• We do not sell or rent your name, email address, or messages.
• You can unsubscribe at any time. You can also ask us to show you, fix, or delete your information.
What this policy covers
This policy covers our website and our email newsletter.
It does not cover other companies' websites, even when we link to them. That includes Amazon, iHerb, brand stores, and YouTube. Our YouTube channel runs on YouTube, so Google's privacy policy applies there. Each of these companies has its own privacy policy.
We do not sell supplements or any other products. We do not take payments on our site. We do not collect your credit card or bank details.
Information you give us
• Newsletter. Your email address, and a record that you asked to subscribe and when.
• Contact form. Your name, your email address, and your message, including anything you choose to put in it.
• Member account. Your email address, your name or display name if you give one, a profile photo if you add one, your profile settings (such as whether your profile is public or private), and things you post while logged in, such as comments. Wix handles your password. We cannot see it. If you sign up or log in with a Google or Facebook account, where we offer that option, we receive basic details from that service, such as your name, email address, and profile photo.
Comments you post, and your profile if you make it public, can be seen by anyone who visits the site. Our Terms of Use explain how we may share comments.
Please do not send us, or post in comments, health details, medical records, or other sensitive information. We cannot give personal medical advice.
Information collected automatically
When you visit our site, some information is collected automatically by Wix and by the other companies described below. This can include:
• your IP address and the general location it points to, such as your city or country
• your device type, operating system, and browser
• the pages you visit, how long you stay, and the links you click
• the website that sent you to us
• the date and time of your visit
This information is collected with cookies and similar tools.
Cookies and similar tools
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Pixels and similar tools do a similar job. Here is how they are used on our site.
• Essential cookies. Wix, our website host, sets cookies the site needs to work. They help keep the site secure, prevent fraud, and keep members logged in.
• Analytics. We use Wix's built-in site analytics to see how many people visit, which pages they read, and what devices they use. We use this to improve the site. We may add other analytics tools, such as Google Analytics. If we do, we will update this policy first.
• Affiliate cookies. When you click a link to a store, such as Amazon or iHerb, that store or its affiliate network may place a cookie in your browser. The cookie records that you came from our site, so we can earn a commission if you buy.
• Embedded videos. Some pages include videos hosted on YouTube, which is owned by Google. When you load or play an embedded video, Google may set cookies and collect information such as your IP address and viewing activity. Google's privacy policy applies to that information.
Third parties, including Amazon and other advertisers, affiliate programs, and Google, may serve content and advertisements, collect information directly from visitors, and place or recognize cookies on visitors' browsers. These companies may collect information about your online activity over time and across different websites.
Your cookie choices
• Browser settings. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. If you block essential cookies, some parts of the site, such as member login, may not work.
• Cookie banner. Where our site shows a cookie banner or cookie settings, you can use it to accept or decline non-essential cookies.
• Interest-based ads. You can opt out of interest-based advertising from many participating companies through the Digital Advertising Alliance at https://optout.aboutads.info and https://youradchoices.com/control. Opting out does not stop all ads. It stops participating companies from using your browsing to pick ads for you in that browser.
• Google and YouTube. You can manage how Google uses your information in your Google account settings.
• Do Not Track. Some browsers can send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no common standard for how websites should respond to it. Our site does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.
How we use your information

If you contact us, we use your details to reply. We will not add you to our newsletter unless you sign up for it.
Our newsletter
• We aim to send one email a week with our newest test. Our emails may include deals and affiliate links. When an email includes affiliate links, it says so.
• Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• If you unsubscribe, we will stop sending you the newsletter within 10 business days.
• After you unsubscribe, we keep your email address on a "do not email" list. This makes sure we do not email you again by mistake.
• Unsubscribing from the newsletter does not stop emails about your member account, such as password resets, or our replies to messages you send us.
Who we share information with
We do not sell or rent your name, email address, or messages. We do not give them to brands or affiliate programs.
We share information only with:
• Wix. Wix hosts our website. It stores newsletter sign-ups, Contact form messages, and member accounts for us. It also runs our site analytics and cookies. You can read Wix's privacy policy at https://www.wix.com/about/privacy.
• Our email service provider. Today, newsletter sign-ups are collected and stored by Wix. If we use a different email service to send our newsletter, we will name it in this policy before we move your email address there. This policy will still apply.
• Analytics providers. Today this is Wix. If we add another analytics provider, we will name it in this policy.
• Affiliate programs and networks. We work with affiliate programs such as Amazon Associates and iHerb, and with networks that run brand programs, such as Awin, CJ, and Impact. We do not give them your name or email address. They collect information directly, through their own cookies, when you click a link. They send us reports about clicks and sales. These reports generally do not tell us who you are.
• Google. When you load or play an embedded YouTube video, as described above.
• Other service providers. Companies whose tools we use to run our business, such as our email inbox and file storage. For example, Wix may forward Contact form messages to our email inbox. These providers store and process information for us as part of their services.
• Other visitors. Anything you post publicly on our site, such as comments or a public profile, can be seen by anyone who visits the site.
• People who help us. Team members and contractors who need information to do their jobs, such as answering messages. They must keep it confidential.
• Legal and safety reasons. When the law requires it, such as a valid court order, or when we need to protect our rights, our visitors, or others.
• Business changes. If Synergy Signal LLC or True Stack Reviews is sold, merged, or reorganized, your information may pass to the new owner. We will tell you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
How long we keep information
• Newsletter. Until you unsubscribe. After that, we keep only your email address on our "do not email" list.
• Contact form messages. As long as we need them to reply, follow up, and keep a record of corrections and brand inquiries. Then we delete them.
• Member accounts. Until you close your account or ask us to delete it.
• Analytics. For the period set by our analytics provider's settings.
We may keep some information longer if the law requires it or if we need it to resolve a dispute.
Your choices and rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
• tell you what personal information we have about you
• give you a copy of it
• correct it
• delete it
• stop sending you marketing emails
Some state laws give residents specific privacy rights. We offer the choices above to everyone, whether or not a law requires us to.
Members can also update their profile, and choose whether it is public or private, from their account page.
How to make a request:
• Email us at info@truestackreviews.com or send a message through our Contact page. Start your message with "Privacy request."
• Tell us what you want us to do, and give us the email address you used with us.
• We may ask you to confirm the request from that email address, so we know it is really you.
• Someone else can make a request for you. We may ask for proof that you gave them permission.
• We aim to respond within 30 days. If we need more time, we will tell you why.
Some limits apply:
• If you ask us to delete your information, we will still keep your email address on our "do not email" list, so we do not email you again.
• We may keep information that the law requires us to keep.
• We can delete only the information that we hold, or that Wix holds for us. Stores, affiliate networks, and Google control the information they collect with their own cookies. To make a request about that information, contact them directly.
We will not treat you differently for making a request.
Children's privacy
Our site and content are for adults. They are not directed to anyone under 18. If you are under 18, please do not subscribe, create an account, or send us information.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have, we will delete it. If you think a child under 13 has given us information, please tell us at info@truestackreviews.com or through our Contact page.
How we protect your information
• Our site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
• Only people who need your information to do their jobs can access it.
• We use strong, unique passwords on the accounts that hold your information.
• We store your information with established service providers, such as Wix.
No website or email service is completely secure. We cannot promise that your information will never be accessed without permission. If a security breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as the law requires.
Where your information is stored
We are based in the United States, and our site is meant for people in the United States. Wix and our other service providers may store and process your information in the United States and in other countries.
Links to other websites
Our site links to stores, brands, studies, and other websites. We do not control those sites, and their privacy policies apply when you visit them. When you buy something through one of our links, the store you buy from handles your order and payment details, not us.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top. If we make a significant change to how we use your personal information, we will post a notice on our site. If the change affects newsletter subscribers, we will also tell them by email.
