These Terms of Use are the rules for using our website. In these Terms, "we," "us," and "our" mean Synergy Signal LLC, which operates True Stack Reviews. "You" means anyone who visits or uses the site.
Accepting these Terms
By using our site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Our site is for adults. You must be at least 18 to join our newsletter, create a member account, or send us content.
Our Medical Disclaimer is part of these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. Our Affiliate Disclosure and Editorial Policy explain how we earn money and how we review products.
Not medical advice
Our site shares product reviews and general nutrition information. It is not medical advice. Please read our Medical Disclaimer.
• Nothing on our site diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents any disease.
• Our content does not replace advice from your doctor, pharmacist, or another licensed health professional.
• Supplements can interact with medicines and health conditions. Talk to your doctor or a registered dietitian before you start any supplement, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or take prescription medicine.
• What we saw in our tests may not happen for you. People, products, and batches differ.
• Do not ignore medical advice, or delay getting care, because of something you read or watched on our site.
• If you think you are having a medical emergency, call 911 right away.
You decide what to buy and what to take. You are responsible for those decisions.
Affiliate links and other websites
• Some links on our site are affiliate links. If you buy through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Our Affiliate Disclosure explains how this works.
• As an Amazon Associate, True Stack Reviews earns from qualifying purchases.
• We do not sell products. When you buy through a link on our site, you buy from that store, not from us. The store's terms apply. The store handles your order, payment, shipping, returns, and any warranty.
• We do not make, sell, or guarantee the products we review. Questions about product safety, recalls, or defects should go to the brand or the store.
• Prices, stock, and deals change often. Discount codes and sale dates come from brands and can change or end without notice. Always check the final price at checkout.
• We do not control other websites. We are not responsible for their content, products, or privacy practices.
Accuracy and updates
We work hard to get things right. But please keep in mind:
• Our test results reflect the specific products we tested, at the time we tested them. We buy products at retail unless the review says otherwise. Our How We Test page explains our methods.
• We do not run lab tests ourselves. If a page uses an independent lab, the page says so and links the report.
• Brands change formulas, labels, prices, and certifications. Information can go out of date.
• Our content may contain mistakes.
When we find a mistake, we correct it on the page with a dated note. If you think we got something wrong, tell us at info@truestackreviews.com or through our Contact page.
We may update or remove content at any time. When we update a review, we date the update, and when we correct a mistake, we add a dated note, as our Editorial Policy explains.
Member accounts
If you create a member account:
• Give accurate information.
• Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Tell us right away if you think someone else has used your account.
• You can close your account at any time by contacting us.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms.
Things you send us
This section covers messages you send through our Contact form, comments you post where the site allows comments, and anything else you submit.
• You are responsible for what you send.
• You keep ownership of what you write.
• When you post a comment on our site, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide permission to display, store, and share it, with your display name, on our site and on our own channels, such as our newsletter and social media. You can ask us to remove your comment from our site at any time, and we will. If we have already shared it elsewhere, we will not use it in anything new.
• Contact form messages are private. We will not publish your message or your name without your permission.
• If you suggest a product to test or a topic to cover, we may use the idea without owing you anything.
• Sending us a product, pitch, or offer does not create any agreement or obligation. We do not accept payment for reviews or placement. If we review a product a brand gave us for free, the review says so.
We welcome honest opinions, including negative ones about us or the products we review. We will not remove a comment just because it is critical. We may remove comments that:
• are clearly false or misleading
• are libelous, abusive, harassing, hateful, obscene, vulgar, or sexually explicit
• share another person's private or personal information, including health information
• are spam, ads, or self-promotion, or are unrelated to the topic
• break the law or someone else's rights
Our content
Our site's content belongs to Synergy Signal LLC or to the people who licensed it to us. This includes our text, videos, photos, graphics, test data, scoring rubric, logo, and the True Stack Reviews name.
You may:
• read and watch our content for your own personal, non-commercial use
• share links to our pages
• quote short passages, as long as you credit True Stack Reviews and link to the page
You may not, without our written permission:
• copy, republish, or sell our reviews, videos, or photos
• use automated tools to scrape or copy our content, including to train artificial intelligence models. This does not apply to search engines that index our pages to show them in search results.
• use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you or your product
Product names, brand names, and logos on our site belong to their owners. Showing them does not mean those companies endorse us, or that we endorse them.
If you believe something on our site infringes your copyright, email us at info@truestackreviews.com or send a message through our Contact page. Please include:
• a description of the work you believe was copied
• the web address of the page where it appears
• your name and contact details
• a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized
• a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you own the rights or may act for the owner
• your physical or electronic signature
Acceptable use
When you use our site, do not:
• break any law
• try to hack, disrupt, or overload the site, or get into areas you are not allowed to access
• upload viruses or other harmful code
• send spam or automated messages through our forms
• pretend to be someone else, or hide your connection to a brand
• collect other people's personal information
• post content you do not have the right to share
• use the site to advertise or sell anything without our permission
• try to manipulate our reviews, rankings, or comments, including with fake accounts
No warranties
We provide the site "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises or warranties of any kind, express or implied. This includes implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not promise that:
• our content is complete, accurate, or up to date
• any product will work for you or is safe for you
• the site will always be available, secure, or free of errors or viruses
Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows:
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• We are not responsible for harm or loss that comes from products you buy from other companies, supplements you decide to take, decisions you make based on our content, other websites we link to, or your use of, or inability to use, the site.
• Our total liability to you for any claim about the site or these Terms is limited to $100.
Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
Your responsibility for claims
If you break these Terms or the law while using our site, and someone makes a claim against us because of it, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs, including reasonable lawyers' fees.
Governing law and disputes
• Florida law governs these Terms and any dispute about our site, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
• Any lawsuit about our site or these Terms must be filed in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida. You and we agree to those courts' jurisdiction.
• Before you file a claim, please contact us at info@truestackreviews.com or through our Contact page and give us a chance to fix the problem.
• If you have consumer rights under the laws where you live that these Terms cannot change, those rights still apply.
Suspending access
We may suspend or block access to the site, or close member accounts, for anyone who breaks these Terms. We may also change, pause, or stop the site at any time.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top. If a change is significant, we will post a notice on the site. The new Terms apply from the date we post them. They do not apply to disputes that started before that date. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new Terms.
Other legal terms
• If any part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
• If we do not enforce part of these Terms right away, we can still enforce it later.
• These Terms, including our Medical Disclaimer, are the full agreement between you and us about using the site.
• We may transfer our rights under these Terms, for example if True Stack Reviews is sold. You may not transfer yours.
