Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to use True Stack Reviews, including people with disabilities. That includes people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, captions, screen magnification, or other assistive tools.
Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These are international guidelines that explain how to make websites easier to use for people with disabilities.
We have not yet had a full, independent accessibility audit of our site. We are working toward our goal, and there may be problems we have not found yet.
How we work toward this goal
Our site is built on Wix. Wix provides accessibility tools, including an Accessibility Wizard that scans pages for common accessibility problems.
As we build and update the site, we:
• use the Wix Accessibility Wizard to find and fix common problems
• add text descriptions (alt text) to images that carry meaning
• use headings in a clear order, so pages are easier to scan and navigate
• check that text has enough color contrast against its background
• write link and button text that says where it goes or what it does
• label the fields in our forms
• add captions to any video with speech or important information, and correct errors we find in them
Known limitations
• Content from other companies. Some parts of our site come from other companies, such as Wix forms and member login, and the stores our links lead to. We cannot fully control how accessible they are. If one of them blocks you, tell us, and we will help you get the information another way.
• Moving content. Some pages use background video or animation. If moving content makes a page hard to use, please tell us which page.
• Pages not yet checked by hand. Automated tools do not catch every problem, and we have not yet checked every page by hand.
Technology the site relies on
Our site relies on HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. It works best in a current version of a major web browser, such as Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge.
Tell us about a barrier
If something on our site is hard to use, please tell us. Email us at info@truestackreviews.com or send a message through our Contact page. It helps if you include:
• the page name or web address
• what you were trying to do
• what went wrong
• the device, browser, and any assistive technology you use
You can also ask for our content in another format. For example, we can send you the text of a review or a research summary by email.
What happens next
• We aim to reply within 5 business days.
• If we can fix the problem, we will tell you what we plan to do and when.
• If we cannot fix it right away, we will work with you to get you the information another way.
• We will let you know when the problem is fixed.
Reviewing this statement
We will review this statement when we make major changes to the site, and at least once a year. When we do, we will update the date at the top.
